Any ideas??

My daughter is 5 months old, and was originally sleeping through the night only waking up once between 3-6am. For the past couple of months she will wake up 4-5 times during the night and only sleeps at most 30min naps during the day! I don’t know what to do

Past couple of weeks you mean? My son is just over 6 months he would sleep through the night from 8:30-6:30 but then started waking every 3.5hrs it happens with their development. he’s not a big daytime sleeper either I was going crazy! Honestly, the one thing that’s hands down helped me is the huckleberry app, it helps with knowing when to try put him down, when to give him milk prior to the sleep pressure being too much etc. He has 3 naps for 35-40min and that’s quite normal. It may help you too! other things you can consider which i’m sure you have already is white noise, is the room dark enough etc. Mind you this is my second so it’s not like I don’t know what to do but babies keep you on your toes with their routine changes especially in the first year! Roll with it mama, trial and error

Have you considered a sleep consultant? I used The Nurtured Sleep Co and she was fantastic
