Cot pillow?

Do people think this is safe? Baby boy is 10 months, almost 11 and I know it’s late but he’s just started sleeping in his big cot - its such a big space and he loves the comfort of our arm or a pillow during his naps. This looks like it could help his sleep but I’m not sure!

I personally wouldn't as my boy moves around so much I'd be worried! Best case he'd get annoyed at it and wake up but worst case I'd be worried about it blocking his breathing. Hopefully baby settles in their bigger cot xx

I can’t see how this wouldn’t be against clear crib advice. I would worry they might get their head wedged in gap and not be able to roll…. (But I am anxious about these things…. 🤦‍♀️)

It's frustrating that these things are for sale, not just this but lots of things which seem to go against NHS/sleep safe guidance. Making us all uncertain on these decisions. personally wouldn't have one but each to their own x

Wouldn’t risk it, he might actually love the extra space if he likes moving about in his sleep

We use a toddler pillow for our son (he's 10 months), he also has a rounded pillow pet next to his pillow and sometimes he will cuddle up to it. He won't sleep without a pillow so this works well for us, he's a right wiggle bum though! Spins around all through the night haha x
