Baby tosses and turns all night long in crib

She does this very frequently in the night. Is this normal? She makes little fusses here and there but only fully out cries 1-2x per night for food. But the constant moving, turning, even bonking her head on the crib makes me thinks she’s not actually getting a deep sleep. It’s been like this since I can remember (9 months old now). Some nights it’s like every 3 minutes.
