As long as the seat belt sign is off then just walk up and down or stand at the front and rock her till she’s asleep x

Depending on how long you have until you go could you maybe practice movement on your lap to help her fall asleep? Would she fall asleep after a feed in your arms? I found the white noise of the plane really helped earlier this month with my 5month old. ☺️

We literally just landed from Canada with our 8 month old and found standing at the back of the plane with the white noise and away from the bright tv screens in the dimmed cabin helped.

Thank you everyone x

Honestly she’ll surprise you, travelling tires them out! x
