@Abi thank you. Mines a massive foodie but is off “meals” and prefers things she can pick at.
@Hayley mines exactly the same but since jabs just wants jam on toast, oranges and biscuits 🤣
@Abi odd isn’t it. She’s normally a human bin and eats EVERY THING. She’s also teething (I’ve said that since she was about 6 weeks old 😂) but she’s 100% more in to her baby tapas atm 😂
@Hayley yep mines literally the same she ate mackerel pie on her first day of nursery! 🤣🤮 but yeah I’ve been doing picky bits and letting her have what she wants. Did yours have jabs recently?
@Abi mine LOVES MACKEREL 😂 STINKS. She’s just got in to olives too. She loves eating. Well her jabs were 5 weeks back - 22/4, so not too recent. Was the day I started work.
@Hayley smells so bad hahaha. Ooo mine hasn’t tried olives yet! Ooh okay, it might just be their age tbh, and also teething! Mine only had hers 10 days ago but I do think they’re just toddlers now and we might have to start blaming everything on that 🤣including the tantrums 😅😭
@Abi SOLIDARITY 🤩
We do like a folded slice of milk roll with cream cheese or peanut butter in it. Sometimes we even toast it after we fold. And breadsticks not veggie but crunchy. Nice for that teething
@Ada Alexandra thank you. She’s turned in to a grazer like me 😂
I do milk rolls too and will use spreads like soft avocado, hummus, soft cheese, peanut butter etc.. Will give a BabyBel, yogurt, fruit etc.
My lo is the same nightmare this past month , least fussy eater ever and the suddenly everything is going on the floor and spoons are evil. He loves tinned pairs and peaches in fruit juice. Also enjoys picking up pasta especially big pasta. Cucumber battons, toast in slices only when butterd 😅, fried egg, boiled egg in quaters. Strawberries, blueberries a bit squashed, Bannana, boiled carrot wedges, parsnip too , sweet potato chunks , any potato format that can be held especially chips 😆 finding getting green down him tricky he's way off broccoli, but he did eat spinach earlier with his pasta which was a big win.
Thank you holly and Elizabeth ~ I’ve not heard of milk rolls. We’ve not tried parsnip yet - thank you. She’s tried so much since 6mo but she’s not loving meals currently so I’m thinking of offering them less and doing more platters as she seems content with her graze plates 😂 I had to dish out a tagine piece by piece the other day - chickpea here chickpea there 😂
Mines into baby tapas too, but also will sometimes absolutely refuse to eat in her high chair, get her out and put her baby tapas on the kitchen floor (which is clean btw) and she'll wolf the lot 🤣 so weird lol 🥲
@Amy picnic tapas is the best tapas 😍
Oranges, banana, grated cheese, carrot sticks, avocado toast, pancakes, potato tots with veg in, tomatoes, peppers,
