My 3 year old still won’t touch anything veg or fruit related, hasn’t since weaning!! Unfortunately it’s rubbing off on my youngest now too 😫 I find making my own smoothies with spinach, fruit and yoghurt in a colourful reusable pouch helps. As does making some healthy cake like snacks, they can be hit or miss though. Some great ideas for recipes on insta
Rice absolutely, and spag Bol, spaghetti hoops/beans… then sausages, corn on the cob, any fruit and yoghurts, oaty bars (and crispy snacks) that’s his diet on rotation 😭😂. He wouldn’t even try a fish finger tonight, I’m so sure he’d like it too, but he just refuses! He used to love my homemade cheesy pasta/chicken curry and such, now won’t even try them and it really gets me down! His diet is awful haha, he could eat fruit all day long though 🤪 x
Hey, keep offering! My baby refused most veg and fruit to begin with and I offered it daily (also took 15 attempts at porridge before he started eating it!!). You'll be surprised that one day they'll just eat it. Usually takes up to 12 tries before baby changes their mind and enjoys it x
Agree with this Parris. If you keep offering it becomes more normal to them. Do you also eat the same food with them together?
My boy is such a good eater… but will refuse certain foods, even when I think he’d love it! They are getting more sure what they want now.. and stubborn lol!
We're on a rice and mince meat diet here 🥴
