What's next?

So we've officially gotten our boy (3.5yo) potty trained! It's been 2 weeks of success with only nighttime accidents. I don't want to put pull-ups on him at night but I also don't want to wake up with wet sheets (we still co-sleep). Do I have other options? Or should I continue using the pull-ups?

I still use pull ups at night bc I keep seeing that night time dryness is hormonal. He’s been potty trained for a while and I haven’t tested him overnight yet.

Stick with nappies/pull ups at bedtime until completely dry at night. Night time is hormonal so not something that can be trained and will just come with time.

@Haley 💚 @Gemma thanks ladies. You both have taught me something new! I didn't know about hormonal changes at this age. We have several packages of pull-ups that we haven't used so I'll just keep using them.

Keep using the pull ups waking up dry will occur on its own

@Reagan most nights he wakes up dry but I definitely want to be more cautious about the wet nights. I'll keep using the pull-ups. Thanks 🫶🏽

@Princess there will be a point when he wakes up to tell you he has to pee. That’s when you take off the pull ups

@Reagan thank you for that. I'll be patient with him. Don't want to rush him.
