Food

My son has decided he doesn’t want to eat. Like at all. Tempted to try the little spoon or once upon a farm food subscriptions. Has anyone tried these? Is it worth it or no?

We use Little Spoon! I have 2 boys (2 and 3.5) and they love the meals! I get 10 meals every 2 weeks so they each get 5.

I tried little spoon for the Mother’s Day promotional sale. My boy is 13 months and he’s in that in between phase of eating toddler food and didn’t like the mushy veggies since he’s used to bite sized foods now. I tried the +9mon food options. I may try the next step of meals this time but it wasn’t a hit for us so far. 😕

Are they healthy? Like with simple ingredients or a list of unrecognizable things?

Not sure if you cook at all but I started making a few recipes from this website and they were a hit. Especially the spinach cheese brownies. Easy, healthy and delicious. I use my own spices though. Nothing too over seasoned. https://eatingwithzion.com/recipe/spinach-and-cheese-brownies/

Both of these companies are fantastic!! We have used both. Once upon a farm for pouches in the beginning during the transition to solids but we get them at stores now. My son has been eating little spoon for over a year. They’re healthy, easy and he loves them. As a working mom with a husband who works crazy hours it saves so much time and I don’t worry about nutrition. Highly recommend! Little spoon also grows with them from blends to biteables and then toddler plates.
