My son doesn't eat vegetables. I offer often and the texture and taste is too much for him. I respect his decision- it's my job to offer the food often and decide what food I offer. It's his job to decide if he eats and how much. Eventually his tastes will change. Toddlers are notorious for having a narrow diet.

We just don't give ours junk at all so he doesn't have a taste for it Fruit is plenty sweet and when nothing works he will eat that Pancakes are a huge hit (we do no sugar added) but I will make a "jam" with just frozen berries microwaved with some chia seeds if you have them or mixed with apple sauce If you wanna bulk that up I'll do yogurt/peanut butter mix as a topping for the pancakes or peanut butter/apple sauce I just keep giving the veggies and everything else don't give up! Guacamole (premade is fine) on toast with butter is another big hit and healthy as well (you can add hemp seeds/other ground nuts to up the protein too) Bean/cheese quesadilla are also super easy to make and well loved But we always offer everything and my son seems to prefer things but so far has been avoiding being picky for the most part by just offering over and over again

@Veronica have you tried the fruit and vegetable pouches? Simple organic or Peter rabbit brand. We have to mix all his foods tighter so he can eat - mix rice with eggs and veggies.
