1 nap today?
Baby is still sleeping - they’ve had 12hrs.
She normally wakes 6:15, but it’s 7:05.
Wondering if to trial 1 nap today?

What time for lunch and what time for nap please?

When at nursery he just has 1 nap they do lunch 1130, naps around midday for 1.5-2 hours. Still has 2 naps at home though
