Waters leaking
I’m pretty certain my waters are leaking. It’s a slow leak and I’ve got no stronger or different cramps to what I’ve been having all week. I’m 41 weeks today and so seeing triage this morning anyway (I’ll get them to confirm).
Can you please share stories about how long labour took once waters went? I’m hoping I’ll go into labour naturally before needing to be induced but realise my window for being induced just shrunk massively if my waters are leaking 😢

i had polyhydramnios with my first. i had a slow leak the day before and then about 7am the next day my waters fully went by the reception desk at my maternity unit😂 baby was born 3:41am the next day, but they had to put me on a drip cause the epidural i had slowed the labour down and i developed sepsis markers
idk when i went into labour as i was already 2cm by the time they checked me after my waters had gone, but i was 4cm at 4pm which is when they admitted me
