C Section Date

Hey ladies, can anyone who had an elective c section tell me how you got your date and how near to the due date it came? I’ve now been booked for one as I have a heart problem and I stupidly didn’t ask when I would find out the date 😂

I’m going for elective c section and I was told I could only decide or find out after 30 weeks? I’m 21 now and my midwife is well aware I’m elective hahaha

The day after I opted for it the appointment popped up in my badger notes. But mine was for at 37 weeks as I needed to be before I went into natural labour due to medical issues.

Oh that’s interesting I’m 35 weeks not been given the date yet but I’ll keep on checking thank you ☺️
