Normal spot or something else?

Does anyone know what this could be on my 2 year olds knee? He has a spot (only one), and it's warm to touch and tender. I have only just noticed it now, and he's only just complained of the pain now. I am going to make a gp appointment, im just wondering if anyone has any idea what this is?

Looks to me like a pimple. Apply zinc cream on it it'll dry up within a few days. Imbalance diet or allergies could cause it. Just don't try to pop it or anything. A bit of natural aloe vera gel could reduce the pain and the irritation
