Teething advice

Teething gels with lidocaine in them! Something like Anbesol! Anbesol was recommended to me for my daughter by our health visitor. It’s unbelievable, can use it every 3 hours, can use it with calpol if necessary too. It completely numbs the gums. I put a little on her dummy as well when she goes down for naps and so far, we’ve had zero issues with her teething!

You can also get Bonjela Junior (5+ months) that has lidocaine in it as well xx

You could buy teething toys and put them on your freezer the cold helps with pain and discomfort.
