Pregnancy exercise classes
Hi, does anyone know of pregnancy yoga/exercise classes that are running locally? I have Googled but it appears most of the top results shut down a few years ago. Just looking to stay active, happy to drive within Warwickshire for the right class. Thanks!

Hi Bella! I did a few of Belinda Staplehursts pregnancy lunchtime yoga classes at Brixton yoga in Leamington, which were great - hoping to do a few morn pre baby. She does them in other locations too I think. Love Brixton yoga for non pregnancy classes too and am planning to do some classes with “Sweaty mama Warwick” post partum but haven’t been yet!
