I’m 7 weeks along and noticing that after I eat—even small meals—my belly swells up a ton and sometimes even starts to burn a bit. I’ve started eating smaller meals throughout the day which helps a little, but I’d love to hear what’s worked for you! Any tips, tricks, or foods you swear by to ease the bloating or burning feeling?

I suffered from Gas my whole first trimester, which was uncomfortable, but the only thing that helped was spacing our my main meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) and having light snacks in between to hold me over until the next meal, and after meals where i ended up with bloat that would not fade, gas-x chewable tablets were what my doctor recommended and they really did the trick
