Best postpartum disposable pants

I used always discreet too as I found they were more stretchy and a thinner material apart from the pad compared to others. I also used boots own make disposable nappy pants

This is first baby for me, so I don't know what they'll be like, but I found some basics one from Amazon that I've heard alright things about

I found the always discreet ones a bit tight after birth, they dug into my belly and leg

I used tena ladies pants and then lined them with a maternity pad so I wasn’t constantly changing whole pants at a time.

I just wore heavy flow period nickers from M&S x

Discreet was okay but these were amazing for me. Lillets maternity pads and all the frida witch hazel etc stuff lined in perfectly

how’s the sizing? I have no idea what size to buy for postpartum.

I’m sure I bought medium with my last baby but can’t remember for sure! I do remember them being comfortable though, I had a section so wanted them not too tight and likely having a section this time round too so would defo go for medium/large as I’d rather them be slightly big than too tight on my incision! X

I found the Fridamom boy shorts were the best ones. I also brought Always Discreet with me to the hospital but as I had an episiotomy the knicker shape wasn’t best for my stitches.
Plus felt like the boy shorts just went higher up my belly and felt more comfortable.
Been living in my partners boxers since I got home until my stitches dissolve 😂
