SURE START Maternity Grant form help
How do I fill this in before baby is born? It’s asking me a bunch of questions about my child who isn’t born yet… im confused . Also when it asks about partner I left it blank as I’m single?

Which questions? I only remember it asking about the baby's due date and the test period dates.
The partner stuff is only if you worked for a partner during the test period time. It should tell you to skip those questions if you answered no
it asks a bunch of questions like “becoming responsible for a 12 month old” “did you give birth to the baby” but the baby is still inside me lol and Yh I left out the partner bit

leave it blank if baby isnt born, thats what i did
