Flu and running nose

Hey momma, kindly help. My baby has a running nose and cough, I gave her Tylenol, but to my surprise and water are always dropping out of her eye. Any advice or if it has happened, what did you use. Any advise and suggestions will be appreciated.

1. Keep the Humidifier running all the time.
2. Maintain the hygiene , use nasal drops and clear the mucus from nose using Hydrasense kit. (Ask pharmacist)
3. Keep the baby hydrated
4. Warm soup
