How much does your baby weigh at 35-36 weeks

following! i go for an ultrasound thursday and ill be 36w & 4 days and wanna see what other peoples babies will be measuring too!!

Last week at my 36+3 scan baby was estimated at 6lb 14oz

I was measuring at 6lb 14

I have my 36 week scan tomorrow morning. I don’t remember what my first was but my 2nd was 6lb 13oz at 36+1 then was born 2 weeks later (38+1) at 8lb 7oz. This baby has been measuring smaller this whole time

Lucy and Kat, oh wow did they say you will be having a big baby mine is around same at your 6.12 at 36 weeks. This is my 2nd she was 6.10 at this point and born around 10lb I’ve been told at 38 week scan probably be offered induction baby has a big belly

I went for my growth scan last week at 34+4 weeks and baby is estimated to be 5lb 2oz. My first was born 2 days overdue and only weighed 6lb 6oz, so I'm excited to see how big this baby will be when it's born

36 weeks mine was 5lb 6oz was hoping he'd stay that size but I very much doubt it now 🤣

Mine was estimated to be 7lb5oz at 36 weeks 🫠 he's huge. His head is over the 99th percentile and I am nervous lol

At 35+2 baby weighed 5lb 9oz.

No, this is my fourth, last one was born 6lb 2oz, 2nd one was born 7lb 11oz

36 week scan baby girl was measuring 6lb 1oz, 38 week scan last week, she was measuring 7lb 5oz! Due in for a c section on Friday so will see how accurate that is, couldn’t believe the jump in 2 weeks when she was averaging less than half a pound a week prior to this!

oh wow have they spoke about induction? I’ve been told at 38weeks I’ll be offered it

At 34+1 mine was estimated at 6lb 4oz, 98th percentile, I’m due another scan at 38 weeks

My scan was 36+3 days and she’s measuring 7lb 3oz already!

Mine at 34+5 was 6lb5oz 95+ centile. Spoke to birth choices today they said with big babies they would typically suggest inducing at 39 weeks to reduce risk of shoulder dystocia which increases in babies >4kgs. Refered me to an Oxford Uni study performed in relation to Shoulder D and induction.

my first was almost 10lb as was I when I was a baby I was a SD baby so the fear is so real for me. I’ve been told at my 38.3 scan I’ll be offered induction for the size of baby

Was told baby was going to be small from 34 weeks. He was 5lb 9oz born at 39 weeks

Update to add on to my previous comment, I had my 36 week scan today (exactly 36 weeks) and she’s estimating at around 5lb 14oz currently

I’m having a planned c section at 38 weeks anyway as I’m a type 2 diabetic pre pregnancy, I was induced with my first and ended up in an emergency section so decided to have a planned one this time round

just had my 36 week scan, 36 & 3 days. baby boy is measuring 7lbs!

My little man is 5lb 14oz at 36 weeks xx

At 36 weeks mine is measuring 6lb 4oz

So update! we were told at 36 weeks she was 6lb 11oz at the scan she was born today at 38 weeks at 6lb 6oz! 💗
