Urine smell

My son had a setback with his potty training over the weekend. He refused to tell us when he needed to potty and would scream when we put him on the potty after we noticed his tells. I am currently folding the wash from the weekend and I keep getting urine smells. I noticed this yesterday so I washed them again, but I'm still smelling it. I'm starting to wonder if it's just me being sensitive (I'm 9 months pregnant).
