Does Elia for a boy sound too feminine?

I think it's a lovely name! The pronunciation is similar to Elliot just without the T on the end so I don't think its feminine at all xx

I don't know if it helps but I loved Ellis for a boys name. There isn't many boys with that name where I am so it's considered unique. It's similar but more masculine xx

If you love the name, use it! There are tons of names that were originally masculine that are now gender neutral/feminine. No one bats an eye as masculine names for girls

i like the name, but based on how it sounds and the 'a' ending, i would assume it was a girl's name.

have you considered Elio? i love Elio for a boy, and it is similar to Elia, but sounds more masculine. or Elias? 🤷🏻‍♂️
