Maternity Birth Notes
Has anyone ever requested your birth notes at all, if so how did you do it. I had an emergency c section however was put out for it. I have my postnatal notes on my badgers app however only has limited information on.
Any help would be appreciated. T.I.A x

Following this thread, as I’ve thought about requesting it too so interested to know anyone’s experience.
Yes I did after experiencing a neonatal loss. If you email below they should send you a SARS application to fill in and then they have 28 days to supply them

Birth reflections is a good way to get it and go through it with a professional, i’m still yet to call them
though..
