Is 11 weeks too early to try get into some sort of night time routine? If not how do I even go about doing this like getting him settled for bed etc. We bath him 2-3 a weeks due to his eczema and the fact he hates the bath, but I’m just not sure how to introduce a routine

You can make a routine without having to bath baby every night because of his eczema. For example, fresh nappy, pjs, dim lights, read a book, cuddle and then give bottle or nurse xx

If you feel that baby is ready then go for it. In terms of introducing a routine, just start doing it however you want! With my son, we do a bath every other night (the same as my toddler) and it isn’t part of his bedtime routine due to the time.
Our bedtime routine for our 2 month old is just that he comes up to bed with us, has his final feed of the night, falls asleep on one of us and is transferred to bed. He won’t go down without contact sleep until around 10pm so that’s how we do it.
A routine doesn’t necessarily have to be the same every night, so don’t worry if bath isn’t every day. You can do something as simple as change into pjs, feed, song then settle.
My daughter (2 years old) started a more fixed routine (including bath) at around 4 months, when she’d go in her NTM alone. So we’d do bath (every other night or so), story, final feed, bed. We’ll likely do the same with our son when he’s ready for more of a fixed routine, he just kind of has to slot into our toddler’s.

Ahhh thank you girls xx

I think around 3 months is a good time to start a routine as you’ve probably noticed they have started feeding and sleeping around similar times. I usually tend to think about what time she settles for the night and work back from there.
Atm she settles at 10.30pm to sleep so I aim to change her into sleepsuit, fresh nappy and sleep sack around 9.30pm. We feed in bed and relax with the lights off, then I put her down at 10.30. Some nights she has a bath with her brother around 7.30ish. I’ll still aim to have her ready for a feed and bed around 9.30. It can vary each night by 30 mins to an hour depending on how tired she is x

My 3 month old is same, can’t have bath time every night due to eczema he literally hates it too he has a screaming match when he gets out, we just try to go upstairs half hour before his next bottle, have red lights/star light on, change him and his clothes put him in his crib to chill until we think he’s ready for his bottle and then transfer him. Wouldn’t say we have much of a routine at this point we just make sure bedtime is with reduced light/noise in the same order every night x

As long as you have a set sort of time for things that fine.
For example I take baby up at 630pm. I bath him (but you could read a book)
Then I massage him and get him dressed for bed by 7pm
715ok is his last feed and he is normally asleep by 745pm -8pm x
