First period after birth

How long did everyones first period last after birth? Mine has currently been 3 weeks and still ongoing… been given medication to help stop it but this hasn’t worked either. Surely it has to be over soon?!

Mine lasted I think it was about 18 days or something and it was so heavy 😭 the second one was back to normal tho! Hopefully it’ll be over for you soon! X
