I personally didn’t add the seasonings to the list, just the actual solid foods x

We added all individual ingredients to the list and got to 100 by the time she was around 8 months 😂 x

I just said “lots of herbs” and “lots of spices”

I probably would, I gave him a berry yogurt and listed it as ‘Greek yogurt, blueberries and blackberries’ instead of just ‘berry yogurt’ 🤣 it’s your list, do it your way x

I just did the solid foods (that contained the herbs & spices).

I have been seasoning since we did blw and my HV said it was fine. My LG is now 11 months old & even has some spice

I don’t include seasonings on the list but it’s entirely up to you. A lot of things I don’t do separate ingredients tbf. My girl just hit 10 months and is on 200 foods now 🙈 I’ve enjoyed finding new things to make her but I’m definitely running out now 😂

you don’t have to. It was basically to get baby to try new and varied foods often.

Thank you everyone! We’re at 56 foods at 8 months not including seasonings ☺️
