Nausea when talking
Anyone else had this? Ive pretty much had nausea throughout the pregnancy, no vomiting, just constant nausea and it kicks in especially bad when im talking.
Im now in the 3rd trimester and its so much worse than before alongside constant burping and im in a customer facing role so its hard to not talk 😅

Not when talking but every time after I eat and was the same with first baby, it’s calmed down some days and don’t feel it but still getting it. I’m 2nd trimester now at 18 weeks
I had this along with hideous reflux ended up on omeprazole which was great. Have you tried gaviscon or rennie? Defo try it I think it might help with burping as it’s where your stomach is pushed up!
