Hi, our 11 1/2 week old today has been taking only half of her bottles no matter what we try e.g. tickling her feet, nappy change, a break or burp. She is then turning her head out of the way, or if we get the bottle into her mouth just rolling her tongue around the teat not actively sucking. She seems quite happy in herself but can't think of a reason she's doing this and I worry that she won't get enough? Any advice?

Have a google and look up Leap 3, this might explain a lot:)

Try changing the teet size to the one up! My now 12 week old was doing this a couple of weeks ago and doing this instantly solved the problem for us! It may be that your little one is just getting a bit frustrated with the flow of the milk.
But as has mentioned it could also be down to leap 3
I hope this is useful for you :) Xx

What teat size is she on? She might be getting fed up and tiring quicker so may need to increase the flow! X

My little girl just turned 3 months today, and for the past few weeks, she has been refusing to drink from the bottle and prefers to stay latched onto me. I don’t mind this, but I’m concerned about my low milk production. I tried giving her a bottle just before she wakes up for a feed, while she is still half asleep. She does refuse it at first, but eventually, she drinks it. xx
