Creepy neighborhood

I might be overthinking it, but something about this situation feels really creepy.

A while ago, I was outside pulling weeds in my yard when I saw this guy who had previously lied to me he tried to get me to come outside by saying my dogs were loose down the street, even though he could clearly hear them barking inside my house. I told him no, my dogs were inside.

Then another time, my small dog was actually outside, and I caught the same guy trying to call her out of my yard. That was really weird, but thankfully I went outside in time to stop it.

What’s even stranger is that I only ever see him when I’m alone never when my husband is outside with me.

Today, I saw him again walking down the street, almost like he was waiting for someone. I kept working in my yard, but I started noticing strange things the same motorcycle and a red car kept circling and watching me. A white van kept passing by as well, and at one point, a USPS driver parked directly in front of my yard without making a delivery.

At that point, I felt really uncomfortable and decided to go back inside. Maybe I’m overthinking it… but it just doesn’t feel right.
