What are these!?

Does anyone have any thoughts on what these might be? Only around her nappy line.

Shes had them twice before (sporadically)
Doesn’t seem to be linked to type of nappy.

I’d say bite but confused as to why they’re only appearing around the nappy at the top of her thighs every time.

Any thoughts welcome
