Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage today and I’m feeling devastated. Having a hard time with it. Anyone went through it and could give me an advice to keep going. How did you girls do it again?

Went through is twice before i had my rainbow baby, and its heartbreaking but you do get through it. Dont hold it in, cry, be angry. Let yourself feel it and talk to someone you are comfortable with. And remember that yhis is also your partners lost, he might not act or show how sad he is but it affects them too. Sending you hugs.

Im so sorry. ☹️ I went through a miscarriage back in 2023 on Easter. Is was def heartbreaking. The thing that helped me was I leaned heavily on my husband and he helped me through all that. Before that we were trying for about a year and half. So it was def devastating that after trying so hard and then finally it bring good and then losing it. 🫤 we stopped trying, I didn't want to go through all that again and then a month later I found out I was pregnant again. Was so terrified during the whole pregnancy especially since it was a hard pregnancy. And then I ended up having contractions and labor pains at 28 weeks. I was devastated again thinking I was gonna lose another one, but doctors managed to stop the contractions and I was on bedrest until baby arrived completely healthy. Sending you prayers and hugs. 💞🙏

I cried it out for sure, went to cry into my best friend, had my mom come out to be with me a few days and I took two weeks off work cuz I couldn’t be around kids and pregnancies. It’s okay to take the time for you

Sorry for your loss. I didn't go through this personally. But I did things to honor my friend's babies.

The first time I wrote her a poem. The 2nd, she craved oranges and wanted to grow one but she's not in the right zone. So I planted the orange tree in my area.

The 3rd, she craved tacos and she loves cats, so I mailed her a tacocat plushie along with some leaves from the orange tree.

She sent me a picture of her 6 month old rainbow baby playing with Tacocat a few weeks ago. Her eldest and baby show love to the plushie everyday.

All the women (5) I know personally who had miscarriages went on to have perfectly healthy beautiful children after.

Show your emotions in all the ways you want to by yourself and with your SO. It's so important to be there for each other during this time. 🫂

I’m so sorry you experienced this, definitely let yourself feel your feelings, cry when you need to and try and get yourself into some sun, it helped me a lot when I lost my first baby, and praying too was a big one.
Also the ones who did know about my pregnancy I talked to them about how I had been feeling, and know it’s okay not to be okay. It’s huge having a miscarriage and some days you’ll be okay and others you still may cry or want to be alone and that’s okay. You take the time you need, and do not block out whatever emotions you’re feeling. Don’t bottle it up.
We’re here for you 🫶🏼
