Sore bum
Been on holiday for the last week. Home tonight. Little ones not been well the last 2 days and her bum has come up like this!! Never had this before. Can anyone recommend anything

I would use Bepanthen, it should clear up soon xx
Egg white to protect and or mitanium (yellow cream) usually heals overnights sores like this for my kids xx
I used Sudocream which is really helpful
We use Weleda diaper cream, works like a charm writhing two applications all clear
