Tena pants recommendation

I bought Tena incontinence nappy style pants this time round after using normal maternity pads for my first. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Maternity pads were pushing against stitches (vaginal birth) and often leaked, whereas the nappy things are just so comfortable and don’t irritate anything/don’t leak. I didn’t even consider getting these for my first so I thought might be useful to share.
