My little boy is really easy to make laugh and when he laughs, he laughs hysterically and it is the loveliest sound. But... when he laughs hysterically, he gets hiccups everytime. This wouldn't be a problem, but if he carries on laughing with the hiccups, he tends to vomit a bit in his mouth. So now, when he gets the hiccups I have to try and stop him laughing so he doesnt vomit. It's never a load, there's just something that comes up! Does this happen to anyone else's little one?

Hiya, yeah this happens to my LO, she used to get hiccups loads when she was in the womb as well so maybe a correlation? Same as you, I just try to stop her laughing if she gets bad hiccups
Yes he used to get hiccups loads too when I was pregnant. I just feel so bad when I'm playing with him and he's laughing and then I have to just stop so he doesnt throw up. But he doesnt understand why I'm trying to get him to stop.
