I am worried to bring baby to ribfest in centenial park for canada day. I think it will be too loud for her from the live music, or it will be to much for her all the people and noice and lights and people smoking around cigarettes or weed ect... whats your opinion

you can get noise cancelling headphones on amazon for like 30$
It really depends on the temperament of your baby tbh, some babies don’t care, like mine loves to people watch. If your baby is in peak stranger anxiety phase i wouldn’t recommend it as it might overwhelm them
As for the smokers, i mean they’re a part of everyday life i just try to move away from them 🤷🏻♀️

I am mostly worried about the music being damaging to my baby's hearing. But maybe the headphones are a good idea.

@Marina that's true. My husband's uncle is coming over from Europe. And he wants to go to ribfest for canada day.
And I am trying really hard to play nice and be good sport and just go along with whatever they wanna do. But I worry ribfest is overwhelming for baby and damaging for her hearing, and worried about her nap schedule too. ..
But I don't wanna ne seen as party pooper

You can also baby wear :) They’re big enough now you can wear them like a backpack. If you get a decent pair of baby headphones then you shouldn’t have to worry about damaging her ears at all. well idk about where you are but usually there are quieter spots at rib fest and canada day away from the stages so you can always stay there
