Really concerned?
My 7 month old isn't sitting at all yet, he doesn't even seem like he's getting there at all or has any interest? He's always been put on a play mat to move freely and explore, hes super strong and will pull himself around the mat but we've been "practicing" sitting now since he was 5 months and he just isn't getting there at all

Our little girl is almost 8 months and only just started sitting up in the last week. If you're worried, speak to the HV but I think they all go at their own pace x
It’s a 6 to 9 months milestone so I wouldn’t worry; just keep practicing and your little one will get there when they are ready.
Have you ever watched Bluey? I recommend the episode baby race. That really helps with the worry over baby milestones
Also, (and you're probably sick of hearing this lol) but all babies develop differently and you shouldn't worry (easier said than done, I know)
For example, my baby was sitting up independently by 7 months but couldn't roll over until 7.5 months
