All the things Laurie said! I would add that the song in the 'Daniel Tiger' potty episode really hit home for my LO. We used stickers, we went straight from diaper to undies, started off with from after breakfast until nap and progressed from there, for accidents we say "Accidents happen, AND next time I'm going to listen to my body then stop and go right away, we've had a potty in the vehicle, and I always have and extra change of undies and pants in my bag. You'll get there!
