She’s dropping me and partner at a wedding which is a 30 minute drive roughly so thats 1 hour out her day to drop us. How much should I offer her?

I think £10 is reasonable. £20 seems a a lot. If you’re not sure then maybe do £15.

It’s not just the petrol you’re paying for, it’s time out of her day. I would do £20+

I would suggest checking Uber from her address to yours, then your drop off location, to see the cost of a "30-minute" drive; this will help determine a fair price. Considering you are using her car, her time, and her kindness. £20 would be a reasonable amount.

Most people won't even agree with this but 30mins doesn't use that much petrol so personally i wouldn't accept anything off my friend! that's what friends are for xx

Check how much it would cost on uber

I assume she’s not picking you up? £10. £20 seems like you may as well pay an uber.

£20 seems fair especially if it’s an hour of her day

£20 seems fair, that’s an hour of her day she’s given up for you plus the fuel.

same.

My dad always insists on giving me £20 for running him to the airport which is about 30 mins away.
I think £20 is just right.
I would always offer her money as she’s going out her way. Yes she’s still a great friend for accepting money I want her to accept it 😂. Like we are friends, I don’t expect her to not accept the money. I was just wondering the amount as I want to make sure I offer enough so thank you x

£10 is fair and would cover fuel but I’d personally offer £20
