When do you consider your baby to be 6 months old — at 24 weeks, or by the actual calendar date (e.g., born on the 5th, so turning 6 months on the 5th of the month)?

I was told to go by the calender date for 6 months old, anything before that to age in weeks 🤷♀️
For age (monthly "birthdays" or if ppl ask how old is she) I go to actual calendar, for milestones by weeks. If it makes sense?
6 calendar months, which probably roughly aligns with 26 weeks (half way through the year - 52/2).
My boy is 26 weeks and 6 months old tomorrow
