Spider bite or mosquito bite

Mosquito. I was bitten by a spider and it looked nothing like this. She might be allergic to mosquitos though.

Mosquito, I'm allergic to them and the bite mark looks like this, when I get bit i swell up so bad its red, hot, and so itchy. I take anti histamines and an insect bite cream and it clears it up in about a week or so. Try not to let her scratch it as it tends to make it worse

Sometimes you can tell if you can see the puncture marks, it would be in the middle of the swelling. Spider 2, mosquito 1. I've had both notes and both can look like this, but it does look like a slight allergic reaction. As long as there are no signs of infection it should be fine to just do topical antihistamines until the itching stops.

Rubbing alcohol helps give fast relief for mosquito bites too.

My leg looked like that when I was bitten by a brown recluse 🫠 I thought it was a mosquito bite till I was almost in septic shock 🙃 I wouldn’t trust online “drs” and I’d get checked to be sure because there’s no way to actually know unless you are seen
