Haven’t given birth yet but ive got the adult nappies in for me. Ive also got some big bridget jones style pants and big pads just incase i want something different xx

Frida! They’re amazing and disposable so you don’t need to think about laundry x

I got some always discreet boutique pants for first few days. They're not cheap but are comfortable and smell nice!!

Adult nappies to start with and then go for anything that is full coverage with a bit of support that can hold a extra large maternity pad in place doesn't need to be expensive ones just supportive and that will sit high

I haven’t given birth yet but got the Frida ones. Heard really good things.
Then just bought some normal granny pants in two sizes up as well haha

After a c section- I used the frida ones, with big maternity pads they were great, didn’t want to switch back to normal pants haha

I'm due soon so can't speak from experience but I've got some disposable pants from Amazon and also the adult nappies style pull up pants from Tesco. X

The always or tena disposable high waist underwear was the most comfortable. And especially if you’re having a C-section it does not put any pressure on the scar!

HIGHLY recommend tena lady pants. They were a lifesaver when I gave birth a few weeks ago.

I liked boots own brand too. Used always last time and this time round i used boots own brand i prefer it over always tbh
