What to use when my LO eczema flares up?
The past month my little one’s skin has been so bad. It’s constantly flaring and it really red and dry. I’ve use so many creams and steroids to help but nothing seems to work. Currently we are using Hydrocortisone once a day and Epaderm Ointment throughout he day. Any suggestions would be great as my little one also has diabetes type 1 so struggling to put her pod and sensor🙄

Use vaseline or aquaphor or organic coconut ut oil
Zinc based creams will help dry it out and let the skin cycle through, flaking lots but that’s good!
