Positive experiences on SMA alfamino
We’ve got SMA milk for my little which we are starting from tomorrow. Since 2 weeks old he’s had blood in his poo and always had diarrhoea like poo. We were prescribed apatamil pepti which made him so unsettled, he was screaming every night and being sick after every feed so we put him back on normal aptamil. Doctor said he didn’t think my boy had CMPA and to see what the hospital said, but when we finally received the appointment for the allergy clinic we’ve been prescribed this. I know every baby is different but I’m so worried he’s gonna be so unsettled again on this milk as he’s absolutely fine on normal milk just the poo situation and some eczema. Just looking for some positive stories to ease my mind 🤍

Massively helped us, his diarrhoea stopped within a couple of days, his skin cleared up completely, the occasional patch on his body but nothing on his face!
Oh bless him that looks so sore💔 so glad it’s helped him! does he has any issues with how thin the formula is?x
thankfully no issues with that, he took to it quite well, no sickness/reflux thankfully x

Very good experience for us! She’s been on it now for over a year and no more tummy problems thankfully. The skin is up and down still but its better than when she was breastfeeding! Xx
