Is this baby practising breathing ??

Sorry for the hairy pregnancy belly lol at the very top - can you all see what looks like a breathing movements? It’s not hiccups as I didn’t feel any pulsating and it’s looks different - looks like baby practising ‘breathing’??? Am I going crazy?
