I don’t care if it’s banned for them but it’s annoying as adults when we are at the self checkouts and have to wait ages for a staff member to approve our order 😂

where is it banned?

Didn’t know it was banned for under 16s but I think it should be honestly. It’s not even safe for adults let alone teenagers.

Where are you?? Challenge 18/25 have been around a long time in the UK, this includes energy drinks 😂

I’m not far from 30 and I still get ID’d for a redbull which absolutely pisses me off because there’s no way I look under 16 😂 with that being said, they shouldn’t be allowed them.. but leave me out of it 😂😂 xx
UK top retailers like Tesco and Sainsbury’s
I’m over 30 and one guy a few months ago asked me on the till for ID
I was like “Do I look 16 to you” 😂
top uk retailers like Tesco

I actually had an argument with the petrol station the other day, I know it’s their job and all but it actually tipped me! I’ve DROVE into the petrol station, put petrol in my car and you’re ID’ing me for a redbull?!? Made no sense!! X

I think it’s great. Adults don’t even need these drinks (as someone that occasionally has them lol).
😂😂😂 imagine driving with an adult driving license in front of them then they still ask for ID

I honestly think it’s dumb. I was drinking a case of surge a day as a teenager 😂
I remember the teachers taking the can out of my hand and reading out the “bad” ingredients loudly 😂

I have a couple of peers who died of heart attacks at 25 and 32, and they both chugged their energy drinks nonstop. I'm not saying there's a correlation, but...

it should be banned point blank period lmfao

around exam time in high school i was pulling an an all-nighter to study so i decided to drink one 16oz can of Monster every 2 hours from 10pm - the next morning and around 9:30am as i was finishing my 6th can, we were changing classes and some boys decided to shoot off fireworks in the bathroom. so we all had to run out of the building and when we came back to the school i had to go home because my heart rate was like over 250bpm and wouldn’t come down. kids definitely shouldn’t be allowed to get them unsupervised at least

yeah, I believe it.
The boys my brother played football with weren't even allowed to have them, period. They would straight up pour that shit out if they caught it.

the energy drinks was only enforced a few years ago.

I mean, I was ID'd for an energy drink 10 years ago 🤷🏻♀️

wow but ive just learnt that it's not mandatory
