Folding areas
As I’m trying to give my baby a wash this afternoon due to heat I see this on his neck, anyone have idea what can caused it and what I can use, and I always make sure i washed it when bathing him and make the place dry. Picture and video attached

My baby is the same. She has this on her neck and some rashes. Went to the GP and we were given zero base cream. I’ve not found it helpful though. Have you found a solution?
