Following as im struggling to lose weight and need help!

Im struggling too, i think its because im still breastfeeding 🤷🏻♀️ im very active and watch what i eat

The only way I could loose some was to go on the jabs 🤷 wanted to breast feed longer but luckily oversupply means I should have enough frozen till a year

I've been doing slimfast... Not recommended if breastfeeding but hasn't affected us at all. Lost a stone so far.

I start my day with a 3 egg omelette and it seems to keep me full for a long time while being packed with protein.

@Julia how on earth do u have time to make an omelette?! I just about manage to throw some cereal in a bowl while making porridge for the baby who is shouting in excitement for breakfast and a 4 year old who insists on seeing every cereal box in the cupboard before deciding actually he just wants yoghurt and fruit. Then i have to list off every type of fruit we have before he decides, and he wants to chop it himself of course.. 😩

I fast until about 11 and then have a bowl of berries, Greek yoghurt, PB, dates and a tiny bit of granola. Then don’t snack at all. Meal in the evening will be whatever I fancy that’s fairly healthy but have cut my portion sizes down. I also generally always have a square of dark chocolate to keep my sweet tooth happy! Lots of water is great. Get yourself a 2L bottle and drink this daily. Go running too if you can fit this in. I do it at the beginning of the day about 3x a week. Lost 1.5 stone since baby was born. 1 stone to go! You can do this!

Team RH, calorie counting and getting steps in, I’ve been on team rh for 4 months and I’ve lost 22lbs cannot recommend it enough. If I don’t have time for a walk I will walk on the spot in front of the tv while baby naps

Best way to beat a plateau is up your calorie intake by 100-200 a day by adding an extra snack for 1-2 weeks and then dropping it again. That helps your metabolism regulate again x

i think mine is from breastfeeding too! I heard u drop it when u stop x

its ridiculous im in over 500 calorie deficit most days, and it just will nit drop!
