34 weeks

for me, it’s the heartburn! I literally choked on my own stomach acid while sleeping the other night and nearly died

@Alyse I had that happen a few times with my last pregnancy. I would wake up coughing for ten to fifteen minutes. This lil girl is much easier on me. I still have acid reflux all day, but pepcid really helps a lot. Btw, he had a ton of hair. I went at 37 weeks with most of my babies.

I had that so bad with my first two! Weirdly, I don’t have the restless legs (yet) this pregnancy. I do get some gnarly leg cramps if I stretch out in the morning. Have electrolytes or magnesium helped for you at all?

it’s so terrifying! I was convinced I had pneumonia from it. I should try Pepcid because tums aren’t cutting it anymore

Yes! My midwife said she would prescribe something strong if I needed it, but so far, the extra strength is helping.

#1 due date was 2/8/14 had him 1/30/14
#2 due date was 5/30/17 had her 5/25/17
#3 due date was 1/16/23 had her 1/4/23 and I was induced
#4 due date is 8/22/25 I’ll probably have him early as well lmao! I’m 34 weeks and I refuse to go past 38 🤣 I’m so over this

ugh same! At least you have a history of babies coming earlier! I wish that was the case for me 😂

My first came the day before his due date, second I was induced two weeks before so right at 38 weeks, and third I went into labor naturally (water broke dramatically lol) at exactly 39 weeks. They want to induce with this one at 37 weeks bc I’ve had elevated BP (not preeclampsia YET and not technically gestational hypertension, just elevated) but I think I’m going to push it until at least 38 weeks unless BP gets out of control. I’m also SO ready for maternity leave but I’m done at 37 weeks either way and I want him to stay in just a liiiittle longer, 37 weeks feels so early to me 😩

37 weeks does seem early! That’s nice though that you start your maternity leave at 37 weeks! That’s very soon!

Raspberry tea ive heard can ripen your cervix. (Id start at 37+ weeks though... ask midwife) It won't put you in labor but can prepare you for it. Im 34 weeks also so im right there with you
