WHELP!

Hi mamas🥰
I am a lil worried, been cramping for days and eventually went for my regular appointments with my Obgyn.
I complained about the cramps and she decided to examine me.
She said I am 1cm dilated.
I am just 30weeks and 2days pregnant, how on earth will I be dilating so early?????
I am worried sick or am I just being paranoid?
