Is this eczema?

Has anyone had this before with their little ones? My son used to suffer terrible with eczema from newborn up until about 18 months and he has the odd breakout now and again but it's been a good 6/7 months since he's had any. Yesterday I noticed these little patches on his stomach and there is a very similar one on his back, I've applied some of his prescription eczema cream but doesn't seem to be going down but it's not getting worse. I'm wondering if the heat has something to do with it?

I’d say so. My daughter is the same, hasn’t flared up in a while but this heat has flared it up again and it looks similar to this but in bigger patches. My younger daughter also has it but hers appears slightly different
